*Cert III & IV in Fitness
*Online Coach (Programming)
*VPA ambassador and stockist
*First Aid & CPR
*Pilates instructor
* Blue card, kids bootcamps

Favourite food: homemade burger with beetroot of course

Favourite exercise: everything to do with working my back muscles, not an individual favourite

Fun fact: I love to sing and dance, not saying I can but definitely a lover for it. And love being mischievous, always up for a good laugh 🤭😂🤣🤣

Training motto: I believe success is built from correct training, adequate nutrition and self belief with a goal in mind.

Motivation and discipline are distinct but complementary forces in achieving goals. Motivation provides the initial drive and enthusiasm to start something, while discipline is the ability to consistently follow through, even when motivation wanes. Motivation is often linked to feelings of excitement and inspiration, while discipline focuses on building habits and maintaining control.

I am personally looking forward to winding down for the Xmas break but I will not let my health and fitness suffer. I aim to keep consistent while staying motivated, staying accountable and keeping focused on the task ahead.

✨ The Journey Is Yours Alone ✨

Life is like a gym. If you look to the right, there will always be somebody in better shape than you. But if you look to the left, there is someone who would die to be in your position.

In the gym of life, it's not about who's ahead or behind; it's about your own progress. You are not in competition with anyone but yourself. Focus on your journey, your growth, and your goals.

Every rep, every set, every step forward - those are your victories. Don't let what others have distract you from what you're building.

There will always be someone who seems to have more, but there is also someone who looks up to you, wishing they had what you do.

So keep pushing, stay committed, and celebrate your progress. The only competition is who you were yesterday - that's how you WIN. 😊👊

Doing a CHALLENGE is a very personal decision to make. Everyone can join in and be part of it. But everyone’s WHY is different for each and every individual person.

My why is because I love my training, I love the feeling inside when I am at my best, feeling happy, healthy and energetic. I love to keep a healthy lifestyle and treat my body as a temple. I love the days when I feel strong. I love that I have an amazing coach Michal Glesk who always backs me in everything I do. Hence why I have achieved so much over time.

How often does one of these things affect you on a day to day basis?

* Menstrual Cycle

* Postmenopause
* Breathing
* Bone health
* Menstrual cycle dysfunction
* PCOS
* Energy availability
* RED's
* Physiological load
* Disordered Eating
* Female specific nutrition

And so much more, because there's so much to being a woman!

I can honestly tell you over my lifetime that absolutely one of these or more have had effects on my day, today life. 🫶🩷

Women aren't just little men with breasts.
Women have unique physiological needs that require nuanced training and lifestyle approaches.
This has nothing to do with capability.
Women are more than capable of being fit, strong, fast, mobile and badass.
It is about understanding how to best work with her body to bring out her best.
