Hi Everyone date changes for Currency Creek Horse Trials this year..

July postponed due to the grounds at the Cross Country venue.

Our August date has been impossible to confirm due to new regulations regarding the use of the Strathalbyn grounds on the same day as the Soccer club have games. We have secured these grounds for the 27th of September but are aware that this clashes with Interschool Championships.

Yes we have and are looking at alternatives - dates and venues - but so far this has not been promising.

One idea is to run the entire event on a Sunday.....
Another idea is to run the Dressage and Showjumping on a Friday - then XC Saturday....

We are extremely frustrated and appreciate that you are too..!! We thank you all very much for your patience and kindness as we try to move forward..! and just a reminder that all of our Committee members are volunteers :)

If you are wanting to make a change to your class after entries close please message us and we will accomodate your requests!

Looking forward to having you all back to our wonderful venue to enjoy all the wonderful work out on the cross country course. You can channel your inner Olympian to jump all the things!

We will also be having a training day on Saturday the 24th of August so keep your calendars free! Great opportunity to train over the course and raise some more money to create even more new jumps to enjoy! More details to follow, stay tuned!

Well that’s a wrap on the first Currency Creek HT.

A big thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, officials for your assistance over the weekend in helping our event run so smoothly.

Thank you to the riders that came out and supported us. We look forward to seeing you all at our August event.
