The race is heating up.

After two exciting rounds, the field heads to the championship layout at Links Hope Island, where every fairway, bunker, and putt will test the contenders.

The leaderboard is tightening, and with valuable championship points on the line, Round 3 could be the turning point in the race for the 2026 2CTALA Race Series title.

Race to the Championship – After Round 2

📍Round 2: Brookwater Golf Club

Two rounds down and the Race is heating up.

Brookwater tested every player, and with valuable points on the line, we saw plenty of movement across the leaderboard. Some players held their nerve, others made big charges, and the fight for the championship is well and truly on.

🥇 Tom – 60 pts (30 + 30)
🥈 Mauro – 58 pts (31 + 27)
🥉 Chase – 54 pts (23 + 31) ⬆️

Chase produced one of the performances of the day with 31 points at Brookwater, jumping into the Top 3 and closing the gap on the leaders.

The chasing pack remains close:
4️⃣ Masi – 51 pts
5️⃣ Will – 50 pts
=6️⃣ Poasa – 48 pts
=6️⃣ Wayne – 48 pts

With plenty of golf still to be played, every point matters.

Established in 2017 through the inaugural Tusitala Open,
2CTALA Golf was created to bring people together through competition, culture, and community.

From humble beginnings, the movement expanded across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, delivering competitive golf experiences that built lasting connections both on and off the course.
