Up for sale, downgraded EW Grade 2 cricket bat. Unfortunately this bat developed a split in the toe that had to be cut out resulting in a slightly shorter than standard length bat.
20mm shorter than Standard SH size (20mm shorter blade).
Blade length 540mm
Premium 12 piece Handle - length 290mm
Total length 830mm
Width is 106mm
Weight is 1120 grams or 2'7oz and picks up light.
Full profile, no concaving and rebound is excellent.
Comes fitted with players style grip and bat cover.
Reduced from $550 to $390.
Bat is natural but can have extratec fitted at no charge.
Postage available anywhere in Oz for $15 or pick up from Curlewis or Ocean Grove.

Follow up on the bat from my last post of me using the drawknife. Longblade, Long handle (oval) requested at 2'7.. not an easy assignment but here it is, shaped and ready for the customer to pick up and feel before final sanding and stickers..
Currently weight is spot on, considering that approximately 2 ounces are added once handle is bound and stickers and grip are applied I should be able to get it pretty close in the end 🏏

Massive 💪
Low middle, minimal concaving, 34mm toe.. This beast will have bowlers thinking twice about bowling 1/2 volleys James Harvey
This is the second bat I have made for Soloman, he has definitely grown out of the first 🏏🏏

Hi all, it has been a long time since I've posted but that doesn't mean that JarCutta Cricket hasn't been busy.
I had a setback with an order of willow over the off season but that has now been resolved. This along with a major renovation at home has meant that my social media presence has been non existent over winter.
Most clubs have recently started pre season training and repairs, refurbs and new bat enquiries are coming in thick and fast.
Pictured here is a fully custom made JarCutta Mirror bat with retro Duncan Fearnley stickers as requested by its new owner Darren Fleet. I have no problem accommodating personalised requests as JarCutta isn't my full time job but something that I do to make cricket lovers happy.
I know that this bat will be well looked after and I hope plenty of runs will be made in the 24/25 season Fleety 🏏

Young Geelong City Cricket Club gun Charlie Mason with his new custom JarCutta Cricket bat. Fully hand made from Australian grown willow this is a massive harrow size bat that is sure to smash plenty of runs.
