Apprentice Mentoring Program

This program is at no cost to your business and matches an apprentice with your business. Some specific areas that I as a mentor, focus on with the apprentice will include: Goal Setting Time Management Motivation Conflict Resolution Work/Life Balance Communication Skills Other topics as identified

This program is a partnership between the NRL and Au

stralian Government and is targeted at reducing the dropout rate of apprentices and trainees. (approximately 47% currently)

Some added benefits of our program may include:
Networking opportunities– Business/Employer groups/Training providers/our Club/potential employees. Another external source to help motivate and keep trainee/apprentice on track to successful completion. Jersey Flegg player Francis works as a SLSO at Narrabeen North Primary in a wonderful program called Waves, teacher Michelle runs the program.

Seb is playing Jersey Flegg and studying Construction Management at Uni, he would like to find work 3-4 days a week around his uni schedule.

Seb will begin the process this week to become qualified for SLSO work, if any schools have positions vacant please get in touch.
