Hi all. After reading about Airlie Montgomery from North Nowra, FML Solutions will be donating the proceeds from both classes tomorrow to the go fund me page that has been set up to support the family at this horrendous time. I have increased the class size to 30 for this one off event and the weather is set to be fine so both classes will involve outdoor and indoor stations. The proceeds will be donated under the name “FML Solutions Culburra Legends Fitness Class” and if you would like to donate more a collection tin will be provided as well as the option to add a little extra to card payments. I hope we manage to max out both classes for this one and we can make a sizeable donation Wednesday afternoon. I recognise that no amount of money could possibly make a difference in these circumstances but as a show of solidarity and support for our fellow Shoalhaven citizens let’s make this one EPIC❤️.

He is in😃👮‍♂️. Mr Sam has accepted his offer to start at the NSW Police Academy on 7 March. I can not tell you all how happy and excited I am for this kid. He reached out to me in June last year and asked if I would train him to pass the NSW Police Physical Entry Fitness Assessment. That was the beginning of me changing his life - but also he changed mine! As the weeks turned into months I was so humbled by what this kid achieved and how he went about it. I threw everything at Sam, including a kitchen sink and some old tyres off my Ranger and he kept fronting up. He missed out on his first entry test try (mainly due physical exhaustion and a chest infection), but instead of quitting he knuckled down even harder and asked me to up the intensity. Sam passed on his next attempt and the only remaining criteria to overcome was some body measurements which he ticked off last week. It was truly amazing to see this young man have the drive, intestinal fortitude (that’s pure guts), and passion to put himself through HELL (and I did put him through hell) to change his life.
After the Navy I became a Personal Trainer to help people achieve their goals, but I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be able to do it to this extant. The feeling of total euphoria that I have right now is something that I will never forget. I am truly, truly humbled to have been given the chance to be a positive part of Sam’s story.
To Mr Sam I thank you for trusting me with your dreams and ambitions and only ask one thing from you - please don’t pull me over for speeding.

OMFG🤯🤯😃. Mr Sam L has just passed his last hurdle and now has a waist circumference and BMI under the acceptable level. He has now met all the physical requirements to follow his dream. OMFG🤯🤯🤯. I’m speechless 😁

I am going to give this one a go for my s**tty lower back and I recommend that anyone else out there with the same problem give it a try. I'll report back after a week and let you all know if I have found some relief and if you give it a try please leave your comments below - what helped you? Did it work?

All of these "MYTHS" I have encountered with various clients in my gym. These MYTHS are all real and out there and they need to be squashed. If you hear a college or a friend or even a stranger in your local Coles checkout spew one of these MYTHS please feel free to correct them, especially the one about FATS and my other all time favourite “knee position” while doing squats. Exercise and good nutrition are hard enough for some people let alone without this total bulls%^t information that is “out there” and for some reason has become ‘gospel’ in the eyes of the general public.

These exercise myths debunked will open up the way you see training.
