✨ INTRODUCING OUR NEW CLASS OFFERING + TEACHER — PILATES! ✨
We’re so excited to announce that Pilates will be available shortly with our new instructor, Megan! 💪🖤
"Hi, I’m Megan! I am a Level 2 Mat work Pilates and Barre instructor certified through the ZAMA Yoga Institute. I am also a busy mum of two boys, chatty, bubbly, and passionate about inclusive movement.
My "Why": Rebuilding what was broken my love for Pilates started from personal necessity. Living with chronic conditions (HSD, Dysautonomia, and MCAS), mainstream high-intensity exercise caused me immense pain and symptom flares. Pilates became my sanctuary. It is the therapeutic movement practice that consistently rebuilds my body when it feels broken.
The Class Style: Traditional Pilates—a beautiful blend of classical repertoire and modern movement science. No high-intensity HIIT, no intense "sculpt" trends. Low impact and low intensity. We focus on control, stability, and precision.
The Tools: Your own body weight, enhanced with minimal props like light hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls."🧘♀️
