Founded in 1957, our first club room and the ground we called home were at Mt Dandenong road, where our club rooms were built by volunteers under the guidance of Micky Bristow. In 1985/86 the reserves and 1st team won the State League Championship and the Cup under the guidance of Peter Ollerton as our coach. There have been a few famous soccer players to come out of CCASC: Peter Ollerton; Paul Wa

de; Jimmy Tansey; Jimmy Rooney and Jimmy Campbell (just to name a few) were all Socceroo players. Our current home at Dorset Road was built by Croydon Council under the Guidance of Peter Benson and Michael Antolos - our President at that time and Patron of the club. We currently have 2 senior men's teams & 2 senior women's teams and approx 300 juniors. We look forward to seeing you and/or your children and welcome all enquiries for new or existing players, members and sponsors

📣 Club Announcement – Senior Men’s Coach

Croydon City Soccer Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Goran Runje as our new Senior Men’s Head Coach.

Goran brings a wealth of experience to the role, with decades of involvement in the game as both a player and coach. His impressive football background includes time with clubs such as Dandenong South, Heatherton United, Melbourne Knights and St Albans. We are excited to have someone of Goran’s calibre joining the club and leading our senior program.

We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Ryan Love for his commitment and hard work over the past nine months. Taking on the player/coach role at this level is no small task, and Ryan approached it with professionalism and dedication throughout. While results didn’t fall our way, this was certainly not through lack of effort or commitment by him. We’re pleased to confirm that Ryan will continue as a player, and we look forward to his ongoing contribution on the pitch.

Please join us in welcoming Goran to the club and supporting our senior team for the remainder of the season.
