It has been such a privilege to watch and support Zoe throughout her journey, including both of her pregnancies. Through every stage of life, she has continued to show up, put in the work and prioritise her health and wellbeing, which is no small feat while juggling the demands of being a mum.

Zoe brings an amazing energy to the studio every single day. Sheโ€™s positive, encouraging and always willing to give her best effort. Her strength goes far beyond the physical she is resilient, determined and an incredible example of what consistency and perseverance can achieve.

We are so proud of everything youโ€™ve accomplished and the example you set for those around you. Thank you for being such an important part of our community and for bringing your infectious energy to every session.

500 SESSIONS FOR ROB ๐Ÿ”ฅ What an incredible milestone and journey itโ€™s been watching Rob hit 500 sessions at F45 Croydon ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Over the years weโ€™ve had the privilege of watching and supporting Rob through so many big life moments from getting married, to becoming a dad, and now taking on HYROX and running races and pushing himself outside his comfort zone in completely new ways.

No matter what life throws his way, Rob continues to show up, put in the work and give everything a crack. His consistency, positive attitude and willingness to challenge himself has been amazing to watch and weโ€™re so proud of everything heโ€™s achieved both inside and outside the studio.

MILESTONE CELEBRATIONS ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Huge congratulations to Tanya on hitting 500 sessions and Lauren & Alexa on reaching 100 sessions at Croydon

Tanya is an absolute superstar, with the majority of those sessions being the early 5am starts. Juggling mum life, responsibilities and still making time for herself day in and day out is the definition of dedication ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

And a big shoutout to Lauren and Alexa as well. As busy mums, finding time to prioritise your own health and fitness isnโ€™t always easy, which makes this milestone even more special. Showing up consistently for yourselves amongst the chaos of everyday life is something to be incredibly proud of ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

You donโ€™t need to jump through hoops and fight uphill battles to be in a calorie deficit. To lose fat and keep it off easier, you need more MUSCLE. Check this out ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Repairing damaged muscles requires energy โ€” make sure you are lifting to build, not just going through the motions or trying to burn as many calories as possible during the workout. Lift heavy to get strong and the calories will burn during the rebuilding process.
