Chasing km’s and chasing the vibe.

did not disappoint! A huge thank you to the organisers and volunteers. Aid stations, festival site and the courses were totally world class and wholesome.

Shoutout to our crew for getting behind the first of many stampedes to come in our beautiful high country, a true masterpiece of nature ⛰️

To all the runners we shared the trails with: thank you for the banter, fist bumps, chats, nods and yewwwws!

6 years. 1000 sessions! ✨

Caitlin started with us back in high school, juggling study and squats before joining our cafe team on the coffee shots!

We watched her smash her psych degree, find her person, get married and move into her own space.

We’ve been there for so many milestones.

We LOVE the mindset around training right now and Caitlin embodies what ‘Purpose Over Ego’ truly means.

Above all, she’s honestly one of the kindest souls we’ve ever met and we’re blessed to share 1000+ hours plus and all the goodness in between like Bali retreats and race weekends.

Here’s to strength, mindset, growth, community, friendships and everything in between. Caitlin, you’re an absolute 💎

Head Coach Announcement 📣

We are proud to introduce our Head Coach - Erica!

This is a role we don’t take lightly, and we’ve had a blast working together in the lead up to Erica stepping into this position. A new layer to our leadership team and one we’re super proud to now have in place.

Erica has spent 4+ years on the E2B program and she’s someone who lives what we stand for.

High standards. High support. Preparation is king and she proves that program after program.

High standards in her coaching.
High standards in her training.

She’s a seriously competent lifter, understands how to condition for race day and this weekend she’s ticking off her first marathon backed by a great prep 💪🏽

But more than that…

She cares about the team. And she cares about you guys getting the most out of your training.

This role is about lifting the level across the board - for our coaches, our sessions, and our community.

And we couldn’t think of a better person to step into it.

Big love Erica. It’s been a journey and we’re excited for this chapter with you leading the way. Let’s GO! 🦍🔥

“I’ll start Monday.”

It’s one of the most socially accepted lies we tell ourselves.

Not because we’re lazy.
But because our brain is brilliant at protecting us from discomfort.

“I’ll start Monday”
“I’ll start next week”
“I’ll stay after the holidays”
“I’ll start when work settles down”
“I’ll start when I feel ready”

It sounds responsible. But most of the time…

It’s just resistance wearing a nice outfit.

A story we tell ourselves so we don’t have to face the hard thing today.

The workout.
The change.
The conversation.
The commitment.
The mental realestate.

Because the truth is starting today means stepping into uncertainty. And your brain hates uncertainty.

So it gives you a way out.

“Monday”.

But here’s the part people don’t like hearing…

Every time you push it back, you strengthen the habit of avoiding the hard thing.

And that habit slowly becomes your identity.

Meanwhile the people around you getting results… they’re not more motivated than you.

They just stopped negotiating with themselves.

They felt the resistance and leaned into it.

Because that pressure you’re feeling?

That’s not in fact Adrian being a jerk…

That’s where growth lives.

Pressure builds 💎
Comfort builds excuses.
Excuses are holding you back.

So if you’re telling yourself “I’ll start Monday” right now…

Ask yourself one honest question:

What would happen if I just started today?

Not perfectly.
Not when it’s convenient.
Just today.

Because the moment you stop waiting for the perfect time…

That’s when things actually start to change.

Then the real momentum when this habit gets stacked.
