Meet Charlotte, she’s been consistently working out for 5 years and she’s been at Crows Nest since our opening!!! 😱

Charlotte’s goal is to head off into the Defence Force this coming February, and she’s been training with real purpose to get there. Outside the gym, you’ll find her by the ocean, or hitting the trails on a hike!
