Struggling to balance high-intensity training with proper recovery?
The high/low method, recommended by legendary coach Charlie Francis, could be the solution you've been looking for.
By alternating high-intensity training days with low-intensity days, you can manage fatigue and maximize recovery.
As a pole athlete, this could mean pairing intense upper body strength training with a challenging tricks class or session.
And don't worry about doing two hard sessions on the same day - as long as you follow it up with a low-intensity session the next day, you'll allow your body to fully recover.
