The Funny Hill Races ride into town this Saturday, 14 March, and tonight’s your chance to get a piece of the action at our Calcutta Draw! 🎉

📅 Tonight (Fri 13 March) after the Friday night raffles — draw kicks off around 8:30 pm.

2️⃣ Human Shield – Don’t let the name fool you — he’s no push‑over. Won two weeks ago and ready to block the field again.
3️⃣ Blackhill Kitty – Quiet but deadly. Third in last year’s Cup and always lands on her feet.
4️⃣ You’re On Mute – Been quiet lately, but that’s what makes her dangerous. Might just unmute in the winner’s circle.
5️⃣ Not My Problem – Travelled all the way from Scone — if she wins, well, it’s certainly your problem to catch her!
6️⃣ Robran – Knows the Funny Hill track better than most. Might have been off the winners list, but locals know — old horses, old tricks.

After 19 weeks of rolling, laughing, and a few questionable deliveries, we’ve hit the home stretch! Heading into the 20th and final round, and bragging rights are on the line!

🏆 A BULL have dominated all season and sealed the trophy early with a mighty 34 points — unstoppable form!
👏 TIGERS (31) and SWATZ (29) are right behind, fighting for that proud runner-up spot.
💪 A tight mid-table battle brews between SPARE PARTS, NO BODY, and LAGGAN (2) — every bowl still counts!

With only 2 rounds to go, the race for top spot is heating up! The field for 1st place is tightening, and we now have four teams still in contention to be crowned champions.

🔝 Current Standings:
🥇 A Bull – 32 points
🥈 Tigers – 30 points
🥉 Equal 3rd – No Body & Laggan (2) – 28 points

It’s shaping up to be a thrilling finish to the season, with every point counting from here on in!

And while the top four battle it out for glory, there’s still plenty of great bowls, laughs, and good times to be had across the green.

Twilight Bowls – Final 5 Rounds Incoming!

With just five rounds left in the Twilight Bowls season, things are getting spicy up and down the ladder.

🏆 Leaderboard check-in

Tied 1st: A Bull & Tigers – 26 points
Tied 2nd: Laggan (2) & Spare Parts – 24 points
3rd: Swatz - 23 points

It took an incredible 11 rounds before A Bull finally tasted defeat — a dominant run that’s kept them right at the top.
The Tigers, meanwhile, are absolutely roaring at the right time, undefeated in their last 5 weeks and charging into the finals with serious momentum.
And don’t sleep on the Tiger Sharks 🦈
They’re currently sitting on 21 points, but like the Tigers, they haven’t lost a game in the last 5 weeks. Form at the right time can be everything.
