Some people don't realise that certain drinks won't re-hydrate you as well as others and depending on how many drinks you consume or substitute, may have diuretic affect, therefore not assisting with re-hydration. Here is a great little article to find out which ones. Overall summary, drink water regularly!! :-)

Here is an interesting short podcast in relation to choosing the right exercises if you have Arthritis to prevent flair ups.
-Anything hi-impact is likely to put strain on the joints
-Low impact / light resistance training is best, like swimming

You need to keep your muscles strong around your joints to help protect them.

Other good exercise choices would be:
Body weight / light weight, isolated strength
Yoga
Pilates
Tai chi

Know your limits.

Sensible exercise choices can reduce arthritis-related pain, stiffness, and fatigue.
