Join me as I have a deep, honest conversation with Hollie all about finding balance in the fitness industry. I have followed Hollie on Instagram from 2017. I truly believe she is a role model for women, so I just had to have her on my podcast so you can hear her story and get to meet her.

She is the Owner and Director of the My Body by Hollie programme. She started in the fitness industry 8-9 years ago. Starting off as a competitor in the body building world with alot of media exposure very early on in her career. She is a fitness coach, a qualified nutritionist and has alot of experience personally and professionally in the fitness world. Hollie has made it her mission to prove that there is a better way - you can get the results you want, providing you want to change alot of your habits, change your thought processes and get yourself educated on how to do things.

You do not need to be a body building competitor to look great and feel great as long as the habits and foundations are there. We talk about balance when it comes to:
- training
- exercise
- mindset

We also talk about:
-Anyone can get into great shape
- To make this a part of who you are
- Creating habits
- Knowing when to pull forward and pull back
- How getting ready for her wedding really taught her alot and she had no need to binge and go overboard once she was a married woman
- Our relationship with food
-Binge eating and rewiring your brain
- Strength training
- Asking for help. We both share our experiences when we asked for help. We understand that it is hard to ask for help.
