LIFT
Our main strength focus for this phase:

Monday - Back Squat
Tuesday - Bench Press
Thursday - Deadlitt
Friday - Overhead Press

SWITCH
Switch gets a fresh new format.

Each session will now be split into:
Half Engine
Half Lift

ENGINE
New weekly structure:

Monday - Threshold (high-intensity intervals)
Tuesday - Sustain (endurance)
Thursday - Overload (erg-free muscular endurance)
Friday - Perform (race prep)

Saturday - Conditn
Sunday - Base

LET’S TALK PHASE 12 LIFT

For LIFT this block, we’re following a clear block-periodisation model, splitting into two-week micro-cycles so you can build strength with real intention.

Your main lifts stay the same each week to keep you progressing:
Mondays - squat.
Tuesdays - bench.
Thursdays - deadlift.
Fridays - overhead press.

From there, the focus shifts every two weeks!! We know you are going to love this LIFT Phase. See you in the studio!

PHASE 12 IS HERE. Our first training block for 2026 starts tomorrow!

Our LIFT Program follows a block periodisation model splitting into two-week micro-cycles to drive progression with intention.

Our Engine program splits across four focused training days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Think of your fitness as a spectrum, where each day has a different focus to build a complete conditioning base.

Our BASE sessions are your hybrid training days — the perfect blend of strength and cardio in one format. Across the block, these sessions will progress week by week, giving you a mix of structures that move around the room.

We know you’ll love phase 12! See you in the studio!
