Set up 2 cones 20 metres apart. Run from cone 1 to 2 then complete the next exercise. Continue until you have completed it 3 times through.

This Saturday 15 November, boot camp will be starting at 7am.

We will be meeting at the top of Bate Bay Road Cronulla on the grass. Turn right off Captain Cook drive, left into Bate Bay Rd & drive right to the top of the hill.

All are welcome so bring a family member or friend with you.
