High Performance Surf Centre( HPSC) - Sydney opened three years in 2014. Training professional, recreational surfers, from Australia and Internationally. HPSC is a purpose built training facility to improve your surfing fitness, speed,agility and power. HPSC has down a 6 month renovation and moved to a new location that is double the size of the previous location. HPSC has been training Cooper Ch

Matt became the NSW Institute of Sport Coach for Surfing Australia in 1997 coaching such ASP World Tour athletes as Adrian Buchan, Owen Wright, Glenn”micro” Hall, Chelsea Georgesen-Hedges, (ASP world Champion 2005) Tom Whitaker and Laura Enever. Matt coached Nathan Hedge as a 11 year old kid. Nathan went on to qualify on the World Tour in 2001. His world tour rankings in 7th (2004), 8th in 2005. Nathan went to win an event in Scotland and was runner up in Tahiti twice and J-Bay once. Nathan has had 10 point rides out Fiji, Tahiti and J Bay. Matt became the NSW Institute of Sport coach for Surfing Australia with Martin Dunn in 1997 coaching such ASP World Tour athletes as Adrian Buchan, Owen Wright, Glenn ”micro” Hall, Chelsea Georgesen-Hedges, (ASP world Champion 2005) Tom Whitaker and Laura Enever. Matt Grainger has been High Performance Coach for Surfing NSW for the past 5 years, coaching the NSW State Team at the Australian titles. All our coaching staff are Level 1 and 2 Surf Instructors. Nick James, Nathan Hedge,Tristan McCaffrey, Thomas Cravarezza, Austin Ware. Matt Grainger ,Gerrard Mccallum and Thomas Cravarezza are Certificate 4 Fitness trainers as well have University Degrees in Sport and Fitness.

Still charging at 60, two-time World Champion Damien Hardman is putting in the work. 🏄‍♂️💪

After 50, Damien noticed the shift—getting up a split second slower, soreness hanging around longer, and those little niggling injuries starting to creep in.
