There's something about learning a new skill (like a handstand🤸🏽‍♂️) that gets people totally hooked, and helps them to keep motivated, focused & accountable to continuously work hard on challenging themselves to achieve something totally awesome!

📝It's amazing where this handstand journey can take you - with a bit of time, patience and good coaching! We've helped people in their 50s who have surprised themselves with how easy their handstands feel since their first sessions (which are always quite nerve racking &challenging - but most push through)!

🌀Don't forget that we all have to start somewhere, and better to start from the very beginning & learn from an expert to avoid all those bad habits😉!

💪🏽Holding and moving your own BODYWEIGHT can be very challenging, which is why our coaches are very hands on and quick to help you scale a particular exercise that is more your level.
▶️ Scaling is very important to avoid compensation and the wrong muscles being engaged - meaning this type of training requires plenty of coaching assistance 👌
▶️ We also love seeing our members progress (once the foundations have been laid), to more advanced exercises - a real testament of strength and body control!

▶️ The rings are a widely used piece of equipment throughout our strength program. We do so many different variations of pulling strength as well as straight arm, pushing and skill work 💪🏽 . We can scale it right down as well as make it really challenging for our more advanced members 👌

▶️ All exercises are scalable (making it achievable for the more beginner participant), but the real exciting factor here is the journey you can undertake as it pertains to building solid strength (that keeps you lean, strong and mobile) as well as learning new skills (making class fun and exciting).
