I can’t recommend Megan enough as a personal trainer. Her depth of knowledge about fitness is more than impressive, and she tailors each session to my specific goals. What sets her apart is her coaching style—she’s incredibly encouraging and knows how to push me just enough to challenge myself without feeling overwhelmed. Beyond her professional skills, Megan has been a supportive friend throughout my fitness journey. She genuinely cares about my progress and always checks in on my well-being, which makes a huge difference. I feel motivated and empowered after every session with her.
Personally, she has helped me go from 95kg to 76kg over the course of 8 months and we have been working on building muscle mass ever since then.
