What an honour to surf the heritage heat last weekend as part of the Oz Grom Open at Lennox. It blows my mind how time goes so fast. It was 1985 when I won the first ever lennox head pro junior, sharing a final with the great Richard Dog Marsh. Thanks for inviting me along Oz Grom Open, and for sharing some waves chelsea_hedges Connor Oleary Glen Casey Soli Bailey Adam Melling James Wood. Also a big thanks to Ed Sinnott and OXBOW. 🙏🙏🏾

This photo was taken over 3 decades ago. Little Robbie Page. I have always loved the brand Imagine wearing these classy and comfortable clothes on tour whilst everyone else was walking around looking like billboards. They were way ahead of their time. I first tasted the french culture in 1984 at the young age of 17. Rocking up to Lacanou blew my mind. I made it through the trials and finished 9th in the CT, beating former world champ Rabbit Bartholomew . I went down to hossegor, surfed and rumbled with the wild local boys. I ended up spending 12 winters and having two children in the basque country. That whole are will forever dear to my heart. I’m celebrating my 60th birthday this June, along with my contemporaries rcj6666 . i just want to say a big thankyou to , from the bottom my heart, for everything in the past, and for all the incredible support over the past 2 years. Hope to surf with you all soon
