Open Tread is for anyone wanting to do their own run in the heat. Whether it’s a quality session, recovery run, or you simply want to settle into one steady pace. It’s completely up to you.
Everyone will also have access to an optional audio-guided session if you’d prefer to be coached through the run 🎧🔥
WHY HEAT TRAINING?
Heat training is a controlled way to challenge your body and build heat tolerance while you run.
Over repeated sessions, your body can adapt by:
• regulating temperature more efficiently
• improving sweat response
• lowering heart rate at the same effort
• helping you feel more comfortable in hotter conditions
Why indoors?
Indoor heat allows for more consistent exposure without weather or outside variables affecting the session.
