th training, the mindset to get up every day and work hard to achieve a goal, and much more. I have completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University majoring in physiology with a focus on cardiovascular and exercise physiology.
6 years ago I got I also got my qualification as a personal trainer and since then, have trained more than 1000 individuals as part of a group training environment. Some as personal training clients, and more recently, some as clients where we focus not just on their fitness and activity, but how their lifestyle as a whole is contributing to their overall health and their specific goals. I have worked at multiple F45 gyms as a trainer and manager, a boutique personal training studio, and more recently The Woodshed. I would love to work with you!
