Today we celebrate all the dads in our community, the ones who show up at the gym, set the standard, and inspire us with their hard work and dedication.

We also celebrate the dads who can’t be here today, but whose presence and influence are still felt and with us.

And we celebrate the mums, guardians, and role models who step into the role of “dad” every single day.

Because Father’s Day is about more than just a title, it’s about showing up, leading with strength, and giving love, even when it’s not easy.

To every dad, stepdad, grandad, mentor, and to those who play the role in any way, thank you for everything you do.

It’s not a game of luck.
life is not a kinder surprise.
Go get what you truly deserve.

How to bring more this year?
—
1. Stay true to your word.
If you say you’re going to do something, do it. No matter what.

2. Habit stacking.
Start with a list of habits you believe someone who already has what you want, would be doing. Then, literally do them same habits, everyday. Success leaves clues.

3. Stack your wins early.
Start your day by getting in a few easy and quick wins. The old ‘make your bed’ thing is a way of starting the day getting s**t done. Then, maybe a quick 2km Walk/jog/ bike or run.
Just make these wins small, simple, and deliberate to your big overall goals.

4. Eliminate.
People, foods, bad habits - literally anything that gets you further away from your true goals is something that you have to ELIMINATE from your life (not kill) or say NO to them more often than not.
—
5. Social accountability.
Get loud about your goals. Update the world everyday about how far off you are from achieving your goals and what it is exactly that you WILL accomplish. The universe will work with you when you’re genuinely open to what you want.
