Extrafit body and beauty provides boot camps, personal training, group or single sessions, posing lessons & body building specialists also specialize in squad jockeys apprentice jockeys & jockeys with fitness, strength balance reflex & coordination  My gym provides the following services: one on one personal training, group sessions, boot camps, body transformation challenges,body building exper

tise and posing lessons. the beauty therapy section of my business provides many services including: full body waxing, spray tanning, acrylic nails, lash and brow tinting, massage and special occasion make ups. bridal packages also available.

Best of luck to Jason Benbow in his long awaited return to the saddle at Pakenham tomorrow Jason shattered his ankle and broke his foot in a race fall at sale back in May last year he’s trained really hard over the past 4 months with me working on his balance, fitness and strength and deserves all the success that comes his way good luck jason
