Meet Sharon! 👋🏼

Today, Sharon took the leap and came to her first session with Move With Ness. She was nervous about coming back to movement after some time and wasn’t sure what to expect.

Throughout the session, we worked with her to help her master each movement and she ended the session feeling accomplished 💪🏼

SATURDAY CLASS ADDED FOR 2026!

Due to popular demand, a Saturday class has now been added to the schedule for 2026!

The 2026 schedule will kick off on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th January.

Fridays will continue to be held at Carlisle Park Children's Centre in Cranbourne North at 9.30am (right after school and kinder drop off).

Saturdays will be held at Livingston Community Centre in Cranbourne East at 9.30am.
**Saturday 17th January will be held at 8.30am due to a scheduling conflict with the space**

• Part 3 - Upper Body •

Upper body workouts for women are often avoided, usually for fear of getting ‘bulky’ or not feeling strong enough to complete it.

I know a lot of you out there are lifting kids who are 20kg or more, so don’t tell me you’re not strong enough!

Upper body workouts don’t have to be the same as what you see done in a gym with heavy barbells and dumbbells. It also doesn’t have to include heaps of time on the ground doing push ups (they are so good for you tho!).

Hopefully this helps to remove some of the fear around working your upper body so you can keep moving and participating in life fully ❤️
