๐Ÿ”’ FIRST FOUR LOCKED IN FOR 2027 ๐Ÿ”’

Weโ€™re excited to announce the first batch of re-signings for season 2027.

Captain Zak Roscoe, vice-captains Bailey Buntine and Andrew Green, along with Division 1โ€™s leading goal kicker Marc Holt, have all committed to the club for another year.

Four key players who continue to play a huge role both on and off the field, and a great way to kick off our 2027 announcements.

And weโ€™re only getting startedโ€ฆ

Plenty more to come as we build towards a massive 2027. ๐Ÿฆ…

๐Ÿ… Who will take home the 2026 Andrew Dalgleish medal?

With one game remaining in the home & away season, the race for Cranbourneโ€™s highest individual honour is getting very interestingโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ‘€

Will Zak Roscoe claim his second Club Best & Fairest and add to his 2024 triumph?

Could Andrew Green salute after putting together his first full, uninterrupted season in the blue and gold?

Could it be our first-year Eagle, 17-year-old โ€œPrinceโ€ Will Nisbet, taking home the clubโ€™s highest individual honour in his debut season?

Or how about this for a storyโ€ฆ

Could the very much-publicised 41-year-old Marc Holt wind back the clock and claim his second Andrew Dalgleish Medal โ€” an incredible 19 YEARS after winning his first in 2007? ๐Ÿคฏ

To put that into perspectiveโ€ฆ

Holty had already won an Andrew Dalgleish Medal two years before Will Nisbet was even born. ๐Ÿ˜‚

One is 17. One is 41.

And both could be sitting there on September 24 with their eyes on the same medal. ๐Ÿ…

Of course, there might just be someone else ready to spoil the partyโ€ฆ

CONGRATULATIONS, EAGLES ๐Ÿฆ…๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

A massive congratulations from everyone at the Cranbourne Football Club to our Cranbourne Junior Football Club Inc sides who represented the Eagles on Grand Final Day.

๐Ÿฅˆ U16 Boys โ€” RUNNERS UP

Congratulations to our U13 boys on bringing home the premiership โ€” an outstanding achievement and something the players, coaches and families should be incredibly proud of. Coached by a former Cranbourne Reserves Captain John Frenken!

To our U15 and U16 boys, Grand Final losses hurt, but they don't take away from the seasons you've had or the achievement of getting there. Hold your heads high.

Most importantly, congratulations to the coaches, volunteers, team managers, parents and everyone behind the scenes at the Junior Club who continue to develop the next generation of Cranbourne footballers.

As a senior club, we love seeing our juniors succeed, but even more importantly we love seeing young Cranbourne players coming through wearing the Eagles colours with pride.

Hopefully we're watching plenty of these boys running around in the blue and gold at senior level in the years ahead.

Congratulations to everyone involved. The future at Cranbourne is in very good hands. ๐Ÿฆ…

๐Ÿ† GRAND FINAL DAY โ€” SO PROUD OF OUR EAGLES! ๐Ÿฆ…๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

A huge congratulations to our U13 Boys โ€” 2026 PREMIERS! ๐Ÿ†
An incredible season, an incredible team, and a well-deserved premiership. What a way to finish the year!

Weโ€™re also extremely proud of our U15 Boys and U16 Boys, who both finished as Grand Final Runners Up after fantastic seasons. Reaching a Grand Final is a massive achievement, and both groups represented Cranbourne Junior Football Club with courage, determination and pride.

To every player, coach, team official, volunteer, parent and supporter who has been part of the journey โ€” thank you.

๐Ÿ† PREMIERS | CRANBOURNE ALL ABILITIES ๐Ÿ†

What a fantastic day for the Cranbourne Football Club.

A massive congratulations to our All Abilities B Grade team, who are FIDA PREMIERS after a brilliant 77โ€“52 Grand Final victory over Kananook! ๐Ÿ”ต๐ŸŸก

Most importantly, this is a football team that has trained, competed, represented our jumper and earned the right to play on Grand Final day โ€” and today they got their reward.

Our All Abilities program has been part of Cranbourne for many years and is an incredibly important part of who we are as a football club. We currently field two teams in the FIDA competition, continuing a program built around football, mateship, teamwork and belonging.

To every player who pulled on the Cranbourne jumper this season โ€” congratulations. You are premiership players and nobody can ever take that away from you.

To the coaches, team staff, families, carers, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who gets our teams onto the park each week, thank you. Days like today belong to all of you as well.

And congratulations to Kananook on reaching the Grand Final and on a terrific contest today.

Cranbourne Eagles 12.5 (77)
Kananook Bulls 8.4 (52)

Another premiership cup coming home to Cranbourne. ๐Ÿ†

SEASON DONE | RESERVES

Our Reservesโ€™ season has come to an end, going down by just 6 points in todayโ€™s Elimination Final.

It was a hard-fought game with several comebacks throughout the day. The boys continued to find a way back into the contest despite all that was thrown at them and fought it right through to the final siren.

The Cranbourne Football Club would also like to send our best wishes to Joel Mcgaw from dingley_fnc, who unfortunately suffered a serious foot injury during the game. It was an unfortunate football incident, but you certainly couldnโ€™t fault Ryanโ€™s endeavour or attack on the contest. We wish him all the very best with his recovery.

A huge thank you to Jay Mills, his coaching and support team, and every player who represented our Reserves throughout the year.

The Reserves are the lifeblood of any football club. Clubs simply donโ€™t function without the players, coaches, volunteers and helpers who turn up every week and keep that side going. Strong football clubs invariably have strong Reserves programs, and the depth they create goes a long way towards sustained success across an entire club.

Thank you to everyone who helped our Ressies in any capacity this season, and to everyone who supported the boys today.

Cranbourne 8.9 (57)
Dingley 9.9 (63)

That closes the book on our Reserves for 2026.

Now all our support goes behind our Under 19s, who will play for our first 19s flag in 23 years in 2 weeks time ๐Ÿ”ต๐ŸŸก

Up the Eagles.
