Our class cancellation window is intentionally set at 6 hours.

Why? Well, because life doesn’t always give us 8, 12 or 24 hours’ notice in advance!

You know the drill: work runs late. Kids get sick. You get sick. Or life just gets in the way and your plans change.

We wanted to create a little more flexibility for those moments, while still giving waitlisted clients or those who like to book last minute enough time to book into a session when a spot opens up.

For us, it’s about creating a studio experience that feels supportive, fair, and realistic for everyday life 🙌🏼

Most people don’t quit because it’s not working.

It’s usually because it starts to feel repetitive, or like they’re not seeing results fast enough. But that repetition is what actually drives change.

It’s how you learn, adapt and build on movement over time that you start to notice real progress.

Yes, it does take time and it’s not always easy (if it were, everyone would be doing it!)

That’s where discipline comes in, especially when motivation isn’t always there.

And that’s really the difference. Staying in it long enough for it to actually work.
