When she first walked into my gym, she was a busy mum of two who just wanted to feel better in her body.

Six months into her journey, she fell pregnant with baby number three.

She trained through nausea, fatigue, and everything pregnancy throws at you — safely and consistently — right up until TWO DAYS before she gave birth.
Two weeks later… SHE WAS BACK.
Now, 9 months on, she looks and feels incredible.
She trains with me twice a week, does extra sessions on her own, plays football, and most importantly — she’s become an amazing role model for her kids.
