EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – SENIOR WOMEN’S STATE LEAGUE 1 HEAD COACH | 2027

Craigieburn City FC is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of Senior Women’s State League 1 Head Coach for the 2027 season.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven leader who can build on the foundations of our Senior Women’s program, develop players and create a strong, competitive and united football environment.

The successful candidate will:

🔹 Lead and develop a competitive Senior Women’s State League 1 program
🔹 Create a culture of commitment, accountability, respect and high standards
🔹 Develop players both individually and collectively
🔹 Provide strong leadership and direction to the Senior Women’s football program
🔹 Work collaboratively with coaching staff, players and the club committee
🔹 Support the development of a clear pathway for female players within Craigieburn City FC
🔹 Promote a positive, inclusive and professional environment where everyone feels valued
🔹 Align with our club values of One Club, One Team, One Family

This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who wants to play an important role in shaping the future of women’s football at Craigieburn City FC, while building on our continued growth and commitment to providing strong pathways for female players.

SATURDAY FOOTBALL IS HERE!

It’s game day, and our Veto Sports State League 1 Women are back on the road as our Senior and Reserve Women travel to Elcho Park, Geelong.

After a solid win last week, the girls are ready to carry that momentum into another important challenge.

Today, we fight for every ball. We fight for each other. We fight for the badge.

The journey continues, and the determination remains the same.

Let’s get behind our women and show them the support of the entire CCFC family, wherever they play.

NEXT MATCH | ROUND 16

WE FIGHT ON. 💙

After a solid performance and win last week, our Veto Sports State League 1 Women are back on the road and ready for the next challenge.

This week is a little different — Saturday football! Not our usual Sunday schedule, but the same passion, determination, and fight.

Our Senior and Reserve Women travel to Elcho Park, Geelong, looking to carry last week’s momentum forward and continue the hard work that has been building throughout the season.

The journey continues. The challenge gets tougher. But this group has shown they are willing to fight for each other, fight for the badge, and fight until the final whistle.

Come along, make the trip to Geelong, and get behind our women as they take on another important challenge.

⚽ LAWS OF THE GAME — THE NEXT GENERATION OF REFEREES 🟨🟥

What a fantastic Laws of the Game session on Friday night! 👏

There was a great amount of information, discussion and questions throughout the session, with every participant completing their online modules and taking the next step towards becoming a referee.

Even better, some of our participants took their new knowledge straight to the pitch today, getting involved in refereeing our MiniRoos games. 🙌⚽

Now comes the next challenge — building the confidence, resilience and experience needed to become match officials.

Every weekend, our young players step onto the pitch to put their skills, teamwork and football knowledge into practice. But there is one thing every game needs…

A REFEREE.

Without referees, the game simply cannot happen.

It’s fantastic to see our young players wanting to give back to their club, their teammates and the wider football community — not only by playing the game, but by becoming involved in officiating it too.

Refereeing provides an opportunity to develop confidence, leadership, decision-making, resilience and a deeper understanding of the game.

As a club, we will continue to encourage, support and develop all aspects of the world game, creating opportunities for everyone to find their place in football.

From player to coach, volunteer, referee or supporter — there is a place for everyone at CCFC.
