Merrifield Panthers is a newly formed Basketball Club competing in the Craigieburn Junior Domestic Competition.

We are a not for profit community created club designed to introduce children of all ages and skill levels to basketball.

Another big Saturday in the books, and the Panthers spirit was on full display!🐾💙

💥 U10 Girls Pink put on a team masterclass with a fantastic 50–2 win! Great forward passing, teamwork and plenty of Panthers energy from start to finish. What a game, girls! 👏

💪 U10 Boys Blue may not have got the win, but they played a beautiful game and showed plenty of fight. Proud of you, boys! 🖤

❤️ U12 Boys Panthers - So proud of this group and the sportsmanship they showed. That’s what being a Panther is all about! 🐾

🔥 U10 Boys Black delivered a nail-biting finish! Coming back from 5 points down to secure the win - pure Panthers spirit and a never-give-up attitude! 💪

🚀 U14 Boys Blue played their best game yet! Everyone got on the scoreboard as they powered to a 73–27 victory! What a team effort! 👏

🏀 U12 Boys Black came away with a 73–19 win over U12 Boys Red. A fantastic team performance with everyone contributing. Well done, boys!

🎉 U14 Boys Red celebrated a big win and an even bigger milestone, with Lenny playing his 100th Panthers game! 🏆🐾

Whether you’re an experienced coach or ready to take the next step in your coaching journey, we’d love to hear from you!

What a weekend of basketball! Our Panthers brought the energy, effort and determination across the courts! 💪🏀

🏆 U14 Boys White bounced back in style with a redemption win over Kalkallo Knights, taking it 22–15! 👏🔥

💗 U10 Pink Girls stepped up when challenged, showing incredible composure and teamwork to secure a 24–18 win!

🔥 U12 Boys Black lifted the intensity and finished strong against Hammers Black, powering home to a 61–26 victory!

💥 Madi & the girls put on a fantastic display, taking down the Ravens 34–18! 👏

🥞🏆 A special shoutout to all our Pancake Parlour Award winners!

👏 Congratulations to ALL our Panthers teams! Whether you came away with the win or faced a tough loss, we are incredibly proud of every player, coach and team who gave it their all.

What a day of basketball! 🔥 High-energy games, incredible effort, and plenty of Panthers spirit on display across every court.

👏 Congratulations to all of our winning teams, and a huge shoutout to every player, coach, team manager, volunteer and supporter who made Round 7 another fantastic weekend.

- u8 boys with a come from behind win against Jets 17-15. Great teamwork today boys. Arun receiving our Pancake Parlour player of the match for outstanding effort and awesome teamwork.

- U10 boys blue great effort and team work!

- Great win today for U12 boys red against the Jets!

- Great win by the under 10 pink girls today 62-0. Special shout out to our little superstar Ebadat who scored 40 today

- Our U10 Boys Black lost today but all fought hard and played well as a team.

- Our U12 boys panthers! Well done boys and thank you to our fill ins from U 10!

- A fantastic effort by our U12 Boys Black against Ravens White! 💙🏀 The boys went down in a thrilling contest, narrowly losing 33–30 after an outstanding game.

- U14 Black…great game, winners against the Ravens 84-33

- Panthers v Panthers- U16 Black winners against U16 White…both teams coach by Coach Ryan!

- Under 14 Blue played their best today! Took the win, well done boys.

- Great win for the U14 Pink Girls, absolutely smashed Hammers. 77-21

Round 6 delivered another great day of basketball! Our Panthers showed teamwork, determination, resilience, and plenty of heart across every game.

Win or lose, we're proud of every player for giving their best, supporting their teammates, and representing the club with pride.

A big thank you to our coaches, team managers, volunteers, officials, and families for your continued support.

🏀 Round 5 Wrap Up 🐾💙🖤

What a fantastic weekend of basketball! Round 5 was filled with intense contests, incredible teamwork, courage, grit, and perseverance from every one of our Panthers.

Whether the scoreboard was in our favour or not, every player showed determination, supported their teammates, and represented the club with pride. Growth comes from every game, every challenge, and every effort you give on the court.

Let's continue to encourage one another, celebrate each other's successes, and lift each other up every single week. Together, we're building something special.

We are incredibly proud of every Merrifield Panther, win or lose. Keep working hard, and most importantly, keep enjoying the game!
