Spring Group Fitness Timetable commences Monday the 4th of September. Boxercise and Mums and Bubs are BACK! Claire has recently undertaken RPM training and is going to be taking RPM on a Monday at 6am. GRIT is on a Tuesday at 5:30pm and CORE on a Thursday at 5:30pm now. CORE will also be back on Friday at 5:30am.

Runs are alway better with friends. Nice 10km done this morning.

Using positive affirmations, such as “I love running hills!” can completely change your mental approach, and the physical response in your body.

By focusing on what we control (our mind) we then can control the hill.

You don’t need to do big distances or fast speeds. These can and will develop over time once your body adjusts back into training.
