⭐🏐 Junior Twilight Netball – Expression of Interest - Close this Friday 4th September 🏐⭐

Cowra Netball Association is considering running an 8-week Junior Twilight Competition alongside our Senior Comp, for players aged 10–12 years during Term 4.

Teams can be mixed with up to 3 males per team, on the court at any given time.

This would be held on:
📅 Tuesday nights
⏰ 6:00pm or 7:00pm
📍 Cowra Netball Courts
🗓 13 October – 1 December 2026
💰 $40 competition fee, plus applicable Netball NSW/Netball Australia registration fees if not already registered/covered.

Before we open registrations, we would love to gauge interest and make sure we have enough players to run a fun and worthwhile competition.

Submitting this form is an Expression of Interest only and does not commit you to registering or paying any fees.

🌟 WHAT A WAY TO FINISH OUR NET & SET SEASON! 🌟

The sun was shining, the kids were smiling and there was plenty of fun on the courts yesterday as our Net & Set divisions wrapped up their 2026 season! 🩷🤍🖤

Our littlest netballers in Net finished their season in the best possible way, with a Kids vs Parents game! 😂🏐 And of course…the kids came away with the win and were VERY excited about it! 🏆

A huge thank you to our wonderful Net coaches, Rach & Em, for the incredible job they have done keeping our youngest netballers engaged, learning and, most importantly, loving being on the court.

What was originally supposed to be an 8-week competition turned into 14 weeks because these little superstars loved it so much they simply didn’t want to stop! 🥹🩷 We think that says everything about the environment Rach & Em created for them.

Our Set division also wrapped up yesterday, with an amazing turnout of family and supporters there to cheer them on. 👏

And what a season it has been! Last year we had 14 players in Set, this year we grew to an incredible 31 players! 🎉

The improvement across this group throughout the season has been fantastic to watch, and that wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing Set coaches - Nic & Charlotte, Emma & Georgia, and Ash & Claire. Thank you for the time, patience and encouragement you have given these young players each week. 🩷

A very special thank you also to Emma M, who gave up her time to umpire this division each week. Emma didn’t just blow the whistle, she took the time to explain decisions, teach the players the rules and help them understand the game as they learned. We are incredibly grateful for everything you have given to this group. 🫶

🖤🏐 A BIG THANK YOU TO CLUB COWRA! 🏐🖤

Cowra Netball Association would like to say a huge thank you to Club Cowra for their incredibly generous donation to our Junior Netball Division.

These funds were raised by Club Cowra using the Return and Earn program, and we are so grateful that our junior netballers have been chosen to benefit. Club Cowra is one of Cowra Netball Association's major sponsors so to be chosen to receive this additional donation is amazing!

Support like this plays such an important role in grassroots netball, helping us provide opportunities for our youngest players to get involved, stay active, build friendships and develop a love of sport that we hope will encourage lifelong health and fitness. 🩷🤍🖤

📣 TWILIGHT REGO UPDATE

Just a quick heads-up — registrations for our Twilight Comp will be temporarily closed and will reopen on 8th September. 🏐

The 3-month registration option isn’t currently showing, as the system calculates the three months from the date you register, rather than the dates of our competition.

Waiting until 8th September means the 3-month option should be available for those who need it and avoids anyone paying more than necessary.

Thanks for your patience — we’ll let you know as soon as regos are back open! 🩷🤍🖤

Team Registrations will remain open so get your team name sorted and register it now. Once registrations reopen, players will be able to register directly to the team.

🚨🚨🚨 TWILIGHT REGISTRATION ISSUE 🚨🚨🚨

There seems to be an issue in Play HQ (registration platform) relating to the 3 month rego option. If you have tried to register for the Twilight Comp and didn't see the 3 month rego option, please hang tight. We are working with Play HQ & Netball NSW to get it fixed asap and will update everyone once it is fixed.

🌸 COWRA NETBALL 2026 MIXED SPRING TWILIGHT COMP 🌸

Winter netball may be coming to an end, but we're not quite ready to pack the netball shoes away just yet!

Cowra Netball’s 2026 Mixed Spring Twilight Competition is back. After such a successful competition last spring, we’re excited to do it all again - with 8 weeks of fun, mixed netball and weekly themes to keep things interesting! 👀 More information on the themes will be coming soon.

📅 Begins: Tuesday 13th October
📅 Final Round: Tuesday 1st December
Just in time for the busy (& silly) season to begin! 🎄✨

👥 Players aged 13 years+ welcome
*** Please note: 13 & 14 year olds will be mixed with other teams/adults.

🏐 ROUND 14 DRAW | SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST 🏐

The Round 14 draw is now available! Please check details below for all game times and court allocations.

This Saturday will also mark the final round for our Net & Set Divisions. A small presentation will be held directly after the games to celebrate the season.

Set Division players: Please remember to return your dresses at the end of your games, so don’t forget to bring a change of clothes!
