We are back again this week Friday 27th February and even though we have a gazetted race for 13th March this Friday could be potentially our last race for 18 months with the pool redevelopment to start sometime next month.

So now is the time to show up.

Triathlon returned to Cowra for first time in 2026 last Friday 20th February - in the 2 lap course we had Dale Prindable 30.30, Jacob Crowe 33.13 and Michael Golden 48.38, in the 1 lap couirse we had Layton Crowe with a time of 32.20, Beginners Course Ebony Whitton 15.37 and Brax Crowe the energiser bunny did the Kids course in 6.39.

Time to get moving again - Cowra tri race next week Friday 30th January - anyone who wants a warm up Bathurst interclub is on Australia Day - head to their page to check out races and register - it’s a great course and the Bathurst crew do a great job

Hi All! Welcome to the new Cowra Triathlon Club season 2025/2026!
We Kick off this Friday 31st October.(next to the pool/basketball area)
530pm registration for 6pm start.
This season we have a couple of new races.
Aquabike (swim/bike) and Aquathon(swim/run).
Also you can do it as a team if you like. Grab a mate or 2!

Any interest in getting kitted up with a Cowra Triathlon Club Race Suit - I have obtained a quote from Scody - they look after the Australian team so their gear is good - I have obtained a quote of $190 + GST + postage - we need to purchase at least 10 for them to do an order.

Great roll up at Tri tonight - numbers totalled 21 with numbers shared amongst each course - our best roll up since pre Covid - the enthusiasm amongst competitors was infectious much like Covid hopefully spreads in the same way - if you want to maintain the rage join the Cowra club competing at the Orange interclub event on this Sunday a Gosling Creek- hopefully the link below shows you how to enter - there a number of courses for all ages and if you have signed up with AusTriathlon racing is free
