Phillip Island Cyclists All cyclists welcome to join our rides from the Bicycle Repairman or Erehwon Point. "In theory", runs 7 days a week, routes from 30-50km. PLUS CX/MTB options.

Plus CX Sunday, BBB and the Bass Hills. Keep your eye on this page for details. No Advertising On Page Permitted. We are a group of friends who love cycling and we welcome all local and visiting cyclists to join the 7am bunch ride starting at The Bicycle Repairman, 140-142 Thompson Ave, Cowes. The rides “theoretically” run 7 days a week with the standard 50km Loop Of Champions™ and the odd sojourn

into the hills. Rides usually finish with a coffee where you can hear us all tell stories of how good we are (or used to be) ��

Hopefully the weather will improve over the weekend. If it does then here’s some rides to consider otherwise snuggle under the doona.

Saturday social.
For anyone looking for a different 50-60km ride join us for the Saturday Social, meeting at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Followed by coffee of course. Weather permitting 😊

CX Sunday.
Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Bring the cx gravel or mtb and check out the island’s tracks and trails. Maybe ride along the beach if the tide is right. Plus coffee and breakfast. Weather permitting 😎

Monday recovery.
The long weekend winds down with an cruisy 30-40km road ride. Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Weather permitting 😎

Easter rides 2026.

This Easter join Phillip Island Cyclists for some great rides on the island. This is a selection of rides we’re planning “weather permitting”.

Holy Thursday.
1. Dave’s EJ loop. 40km ish Road ride meeting at erehwon point at 7.30am.
2. Bikes 🚲 beers 🍺 burgers Cruisy cx/gravel ride meeting at the bicycle repairman at 5.30pm and on to the brewery about 7ish.

Good Friday.
1. Social road ride meeting at the bicycle repairman at 7.30.
2. Eat your body weight in hot cross buns.

Easter Saturday.
1. The Magic 💯. Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am for a 100km bunch ride to Corinella and back. Coffee along the way.
2. Be home in time to barrack for the mighty doggies at the Cowes oval at 2 o’clock.

CX Easter Sunday.
1. Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Bring the cx gravel or mtb and check out the island’s tracks and trails. Maybe ride along the beach if the tide is right. Plus coffee and breakfast.
2. Eat all the kids Easter eggs.

Easter Monday.
1. Social road ride meeting at the bicycle repairman at 7.30.
2. Rest and recover 💤

So good to see so many happy smiling faces on the ride today. Tomorrow is CX Sunday. Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Bring the cx gravel or mtb and check out the island’s tracks and trails. Maybe ride along the beach if the tide is right. And Monday will be a road ride meeting at Wayne’s at half past 7. Could be a longer loop or the magic 💯 if people are keen 😀

Dave’s EJ loop.
Most weekday mornings Dave heads off from Rhyll on his 30-40km loop ride. He passes Erehwon Point at about 7.15am. Keep an eye out for some weekday off island rides as well.

Saturday social.
For anyone looking for something different to the usual loop there’s the Saturday Social ride, meeting at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Followed by coffee of course. Sometimes there might be a ride in the Bass hills or the Magic 💯

Meet at the bicycle repairman at 7.30am. Bring the cx gravel or mtb and check out the island’s tracks and trails. Maybe ride along the beach if the tide is right. Plus coffee and breakfast. Sometimes there’s an off island CX Tour Edition.

Come along on Thursday evening for a CX/gravel/MTB ride followed by a drink and a feed in the tradition of the Graveldads. Meet at bicycle repairman at 5.30pm.

Another magic ride in the Bass hills today 😀 Tomorrow will be a recovery ride 7.15 at erehwon point. Thursday is Dave’s endorphin ju**ie loop 7.15 at erehwon point. And 🚲 🍻 🍔 5.30 at bicycle repairman. Friday is a day off! And the Saturday Social sees us go back into the hills for the Captain’s 65km 65th birthday 🎂 ride. Meet at Kernot CFA at 8am.
