Grip Fitness is a 24/7 modern gym located on the paradise Phillip Island. Owner, Kristy Tierney opened the doors two years ago and has been going from strength to strength (pardon the pun) in creating a fun, homely and motivation filled hub of health & fitness. Like our page to be motivated, inspired, kept up to date with news, dates, progress pics, insane deals and much more!!! All members have 2

4/7 access to our gym facilities, free group fitness classes which currently include yoga, boxing and bootcamps. We have a Team of Personal Trainers who are able to provide full support to really get your body moving! We are evolving and expanding our gym so watch this space for Holistic Therapy, dance classes and yoga for the kiddies.

❤️ CHRISTMAS TOY & KINDNESS DRIVE FOR OUR COMMUNITY KIDS ❤️

A few weeks ago I saw an inspiring post from Amy Britt , we got chatting, and now together we’d love to make Christmas a little brighter for families right here in our community.

👕 Children’s clothing, books, games, or baby items
💛 Or even a spare $5–$20 you’d like to donate?

Most of us have something sitting in a cupboard or closet that could bring a huge smile to a local child this Christmas. Every single donation—big or small—makes a difference.
