It is with great joy that Ianthe returns to the studio teaching a new fortnightly class for clients who live with a neurological condition or who wish to add neuro training to their practise.
Ianthe will be holding her usual warm, inclusive space, this time at Movement Lab. The class is open to all and will offer a combination of neuro specific work, dance and gentle movement training.

NeuroDance - Neuro-training through Movement & Dance
A supportive, empowering class for people living with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.
Through rhythm, play, dance, and gentle guided movement, we work to improve mobility, balance, coordination, and confidence.
Using evidence-informed techniques—such as multitasking, cross-body patterns, and rhythmic cueing—classes support movement initiation, reduce rigidity, strengthen mind–body connection, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Led by Ianthe Goodwin, our local dance, embodiment, and movement practitioner. Ianthe has undertaken additional training in neurological movement and Pilates, and creates a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels safe, supported, and free to move at their own pace.
While designed for neurological conditions, this class is open to all—because every brain and body benefits from this work. Participants with later-stage conditions are welcome to attend with a carer or support person.
We welcome you!
