2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced
1/4 Cucumber , sliced thin
1 Avocado, chopped
Salt and Pepper , to taste
Sweet Chili Sauce, for drizzling

* 50 x crunches
^ 5 min Cooldown & Stretch

A - Alternating bicep curls
S - Swings (kettlebell)
T - Tricep dips
E - Elevated push-ups
R - Reverse lunges

20 x reps of each exercise
Repeat as many times as you like
