North East Border Female Football League

Organised, community-minded and passionate about women’s and girls’ sport? Help keep our league running.

📅 Part-time, 12-month contract
⏰ Approximately 2–3 days per week — hours negotiable
📍 Location negotiable across Albury-Wodonga or the Wangaratta region

This hands-on, administration-focused role coordinates competition records, club communications, meetings and league activities. Reporting to the NEBFFL Chair, you’ll work with clubs, sponsors, AFL Victoria and our new Board.

We’re looking for someone reliable, approachable and comfortable organising their own work. Administration or community sport experience, including volunteering, would be valued.

Help support women’s and girls’ football across our region, with scope to shape how the role works and potential to continue beyond 12 months, subject to funding and league needs.

Some evening and weekend availability required.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads, stepdads, grandads, Poppys and father figures in our Roos family. 💙🤍

Female footy wouldn’t be what it is without you.

You’re the early morning drives, the lifts to training, the boots that somehow need replacing AGAIN, the sideline cheers, the quiet pep talks after a tough game and the person saying “I’m proud of you” regardless of what’s on the scoreboard.

You volunteer, carry bags, run water, help behind the scenes, travel countless kilometres and give up your weekends simply because you love your girls and want to see them doing something they love.

And for some of our girls, you’re not necessarily their dad at all, you’re a coach, mentor, mate or father figure who has simply chosen to be in their corner.

Today we celebrate all of you.

Thank you for raising strong girls, backing female footy and being such an important part of our Roos family.
