We’ve had so many new faces join us in the studio this year since relocating, and there are still so many of you I haven’t had the chance to meet yet — so I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself 🤍

Hi, I’m Renae 😊And there’s a reason I’m so passionate about Pilates.

My Pilates journey started when I was 4 months postpartum with my first daughter.

At the time, I was navigating life as a new mum while also living with an autoimmune disease I’d been diagnosed with at 21. I had spent years managing pain with medication, but deep down I knew I wanted to find another way to support my body.

I had done the gym thing, but it just no longer felt right for where my body was at.

So I tried Pilates… and I fell in love.

For the first time in a long time, I moved my body and actually felt better afterwards — stronger, more connected, and without pain.

Alongside Pilates, I started tuning into what my body needed, making changes to my diet, and over time, I was able to come off medication I had been on for 8 years.

That experience completely changed the way I viewed movement.

It’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find movement that feels good — especially those who feel disconnected from exercise, are dealing with pain, or just haven’t found something that feels right for them yet 💛

✨ That’s 10 classes across March

We’re hosting a 60-minute Advanced Reformer Pilates Pop-Up with Shell for those who love to be challenged 💪

Expect strong, athletic sequences, higher intensity, and a faster pace designed to test your strength, control, and endurance. This class is ideal for experienced movers with a solid reformer foundation.

☀️ HEATWAVE UPDATE ☀️

With temperatures forecast to be 40°C+ all week, please make sure you bring a full water bottle to every class. A water cooler is located next to the reception desk if you need to top up.

Classes will be programmed with the heat in mind, including options, rest breaks, and a strong focus on safety and listening to your body.

Wednesday classes will be on standby due to health and safety concerns, with temperatures expected to exceed 45°C. If we feel our two air conditioners are not able to keep the studio at a comfortable level, Wednesday classes will be cancelled. We’ll communicate any changes as early as possible.

Your safety always comes first — please don’t hesitate to modify, rest, or speak with your instructor at any time.
