Hi all,
Tonight's Grand Final between the Rutherglen Golf Club and Spears n Beers proved to be a heart stopping one, especially in the 6th game. Certainly plenty of cheers for both teams. Results were Rutherglen Golf Club 4, Spears n Beers 3. Congratulations to both teams. You played exceptionally well.
Thank you to Rutherglen Golf Club and the Corowa Hotel for organising dinner.
Thank you to everyone who chipped in and scored as well.
Thank you to Janet, Lindsay, Julia, Vinnie, Wahgunyah Post Office, Corowa Hotel, Meat on the Murray and IGA for helping out with the Raffles, selling stubby holders or letting us set up a table to sell tickets.
1st prize went to Hotel Australia - wood,
2nd prize went to the Corowa Hotel- meat.
Thank you everyone who showed up tonight and cheered the teams on. It was greatly appreciated.

Janet and Lindsay will be at IGA in Corowa, this Saturday morning. Besides the stubby holders and cups, Mrs Raffles and her trusty sidekick will have raffle tickets available. Thanks Janet and Lindsay for helping the club out.

Belated Mother's Day greetings to all our mums. We wish you all the best for every day :)
