Well 12 months has passed by since I started up Equine therapeutic riding program, and riding school lessons along with private coaching working on more the mind set and overcoming fear and anxiety associated with riding it's been a massive change to what I've done in the past but loving the more in depth coaching and seeing the improvement in my clients who have stuck by me and gone all in to help them selves overcome fears and enjoy and accomplish new things in there riding.

I have some wonderful clients new and old who I have been working with over the past year or more, I have loved seeing you overcome things and hit new goals in your riding and your day to day lives, I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish over the next 12 months.

This year I will be building more obstacles for the riders who are focusing on these challenges and continue to improve the facilities I can offer.

This year we welcomed a new school horse Elton who is a lovely addition to the family he's a 16hh tb ex event horse who is lovely educated with a heart of gold who looks after his riders and is a willing teacher, along with Summer who's been with me for a few years now.

Lastly I'd like to thank all my clients for your on going support and hope you all had a lovely Christmas/New year break, I look forward to helping and seeing you accomplish new and exciting things over the next 12 months..

Summer and myself had a lovely time Sunday when we where invited to one of our big supporters of my business South West individual support who have sent a number of their clients our way for Equine assisted therapy and therapeutic riding over the past year, we got really well looked after with fantastic food and great company, Summers favourite thing was sticking her nose into the train carriage for lots of pats 😊 and she looked the part with her tinsle in her mane curtsy of Renee one of my long time clients and supporters..Here's to another successful 12 months supporting the local community and loving every minute of it.. 😍

Recent studies conducted by the Institute of Heart-Math provide a clue to explain the two-way ′′healing′′ that occurs when we're close to horses.
According to researchers, the heart has an electromagnetic field larger than the brain: a magnetometer can measure the energy field of the heart that radiates from 2.4 meters to 3 meters around the human body.
While this is certainly significant, perhaps more impressive than the electromagnetic field projected by the heart of a horse is five times larger than that of a human being (imagine an electromagnetic sphere around the horse) and it can influence straight into our own heart rate.
Horses are also likely to have what science has identified as a "coherent′′ heart rate (heart rate pattern) that explains why we can feel better when we're close to them. Studies have found a coherent heart pattern or HRV to be a solid measure of well-being and consistent with emotional states of calm and joy-that is, we exhibit such patterns when we feel positive emotions.
A coherent heart pattern is indicative of a system that can recover and adapt to stressful situations very efficiently. Many times, we just need to be in the presence of horses to feel a sense of well-being and peace.
In fact, research shows that people experience many physiological benefits by interacting with horses, including lower blood pressure and heart rate, higher beta-endorphins (neurotransmitters acting as pain suppressors), decreased stress levels, decreased feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety, better social working; and greater feelings of empowerment, confidence, patience and self-efficacy.

We have a few day time spots available in the coming weeks for Equine therapy (Therapeutic Riding) NDIS Approved one on one sessions working with the horse along with learning skills in riding and benefiting in the motion of the horse and talking with a qualified Mind-body practitioner therapist and experienced rider and coach.

We also have some times between 10.30am and 2.30pm for confidence riding classes, help with self confidence and building confidence in your riding, on your on horse or on our quite school horse.

We have some spots for jumping and flat lessons on your own or school horse, we have a quite school pony or a school master jumping horse for the more advanced riders looking to improve there flat or jumping on an experienced horse.

We do private riding school lessons for adults or children.
