Corny Point Pilates The Pilates technique focuses on developing a strong "core" or centre of the body.

Pilates is a physical and spinal alignment exercise designed to develop a strong, centered, muscularly balanced and flexible body with increased mental awareness. The core consists of the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. Exercises are performed on a mat using your own body weight and other small apparatus eg theraband, magic circle, rollers, chi balls
