💕 The Woman Within Circle 💕

Join me for an evening of connection and relaxation where we will journey inwards towards self-discovery and empowerment.

Open to all women, this ancient tool has been used by women for well-being since the dawn of time. There is something truly magical about sitting in circle with other women and being able to authentically express yourself in a safe place without judgement.

The evening will include:

📿GUIDED MEDITATION: You will be guided to ground into the space & connect with your body, mind & spirit.

🔢 NUMEROLOGY: Allows you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and be in the natural flow of life rather than fighting it.

🧘‍♀️ RESTORATIVE YOGA: Encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

✨ REIKI: A gentle healing technique that activates the body’s innate healing processes. It restores physical and emotional well-being.

🫖 LIGHT REFRESHMENTS: Cake & an assortment of herbal teas will be provided.

💕 MINGLE: Opportunity to meet other
like minded women.
