Good Afternoon Everyone, following on from our previous post regarding pricing. We have decided to run classes twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Saturday ONLY, as per schedules outlined below:

October 2025:
Saturday 11th- BOOKED
Saturday 25th- Central Coast 3-7pm

November 2025:
Saturday 8th- Lake Macquarie 3pm-7pm
Saturday 22nd- Newcastle/Stockton 3pm-7pm

December 2025:
Saturday 13th- Central Coast 4pm-8pm
Saturday 27th- Lake Macquarie 4pm-8pm

January 2026:
Saturday 10th – Newcastle/Stockton 4-8pm
Saturday 24th- BOOKED

February 2026:
Saturday 14th – Lake Macquarie 4-8pm
Saturday 28th- Newcastle/Stockton 4-8pm

NOTE- We offer Gift Certificates which are valid for 1yr from the date of issue, or cash on the day for all booked classes.

Yesterday we hosted Tony and son Nico for a guided beach class.

With perfect conditions, low swell and shower periods we were set for an epic session... little did we know the fishing gods had other plans for us.

After showing them how to tie paternoster, running rigs and adding ganged hooks, it was on to bait selections.

Some fresh tailor and Bonito strips, pilchards and live beach worms (Duffs Salamander).

It was a slow afternoon, some good bites missed, but Tony hooked up to this sizable Shovelnose which put up a decent fight. After cutting it loose, we left the release to Nico.

The lads performed well and had their casting on point with the dropping tide, which meant plenty of laughs and stories of sessions from past years in between bites and checking rods.

Overall it was a great arvo, and we all had fun, besides, it's called fishing, and not catching!

Thanks lads for coming along and learning a few things about beach fishing.

Slinging some baits around the local rock shelf on the rising tide last night, 8 Bream total plus a shovelnose shark. These 2 were the better of them (30 & 34cm)...
..Dropped as many as caught and got bricked a few times by some bigger fish, and smoked twice on 6lb by suspected soapie Jew

Fish On Bait and Tackle brined Mullet, chicken thigh and Tailor strips unweighted getting the nibs.

Fun evening with David Borg, while Deanna Borg netted a few fish for us.
