With only 3 weeks to go we just wanted to cover a few little housekeeping things.

ACCOMMODATION- Unfortunately there are no rooms available this night but there is the Swinging Bridge Campground which is located directly across from the back of the pub. No bookings are required for the campground, it is all free camping unless you wish to use power which is a $5 donation to our local progress association.

CASH ONLY EVENT- Once again this will be a cash only event so please ensure you get cash out prior to arrival.

Recently, sadly one of the founding gentleman of the CMC Rodeo Company, Hank Mcarthur, passed away suddenly. Those who knew Hank would know just how passionate he was about his sport of rodeo and not only that his love for breeding bucking horses and bulls and competing in his earlier days which he has now passed onto his sons, Tim & Jack.

In true local country spirit all proceeds from the Calcutta will be split between the winner and the rest going to the Mcarthur family.

We’ve had an overwhelming influx of new followers so we wanted to re-introduce our contractors!!

CMC RODEO are based right here in Cooyar and will be bringing the bulls and broncs!

Doak Rodeo Company are based in Bundarra NSW, near Inverell and will be bringing back their mini bulls!
