What a great day for our September Women’s Monthly Medal! 🏌️‍♀️

It was fantastic to have a great lineup of 11 players — so good to see the numbers growing.

A huge congratulations to Sina Young, who played a fantastic round to take out 1st place with an impressive 71 nett! 👏

🥉 Jane Storey – 73 nett

And congratulations to Maree Piffero for taking out NTP on the 5th hole. ⛳️

It certainly felt like we experienced four seasons in one day, with beautiful sunshine one minute and rain the next! But a bit of weather wasn’t going to stop the ladies from getting out there.

🏌️‍♀️ We have a new date! 🏌️‍♀️

After the weather put a stop to our Annual Women’s Stableford, we’re happy to say it’s back on for Sunday 8th November! 🎉

We’d love to see everyone come along for a fun day of golf, good company and $1,000 worth of prizes to be won!

Entry is $40 and includes a light lunch.

We’re excited to have Almond Somers as our sponsor for this month’s Women’s Monthly Medal! 💚

Locally owned by Jay Somers and Katherine Donoghue, Almond Somers is a local family business producing delicious almonds right here in the Cootamundra area for the past 9 years. Jay and Katherine are also both avid golfers, so it’s extra special to have them supporting our women’s golf!

They sell their products locally and in Canberra, and if you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favour! 😍 I can highly recommend their almond bread and vanilla almonds… absolutely delicious!

A great day was had by our Coota ladies who travelled to Temora for their Annual Tournament.
It was a glorious day for golf, with 74 players taking part. Congratulations to the Temora ladies on a fantastic event, everything was so well organised and it was a lovely day.

A special congratulations to Emma Deep and Lee Loiterton, who were the Division 1 Nett Runners Up. 👏🏆

Our Coota players were Emma O’Loughlin, Maree Piffero, Kerwyn Field, Pam Gehrig, Lee Loiterton and Emma Deep.

Thanks for having us, Temora! We had a great day ⛳️

⛳️ Road Trip to Temora!

Looking for a great day of golf? Why not head over and support our friends at Temora Golf Club for their Ladies Annual Tournament on Sunday, 30th August.

It’s a 2 Person Pinehurst event with a 10:00am shotgun start, morning tea and lunch included, plus plenty of great prizes on offer. Most importantly, it’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a fun day of golf, catch up with friends from other clubs and support women’s golf across our region.

We’d love to see a great Cootamundra representation over there. 💚🏌️‍♀️

Unfortunately, due to the significant rain predicted for tomorrow, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our Annual Women’s Stableford Tournament. 🌧️⛳️

📅 NEW DATE: Sunday 8th November 2026

While we’re disappointed, we feel it’s the best decision to make early so everyone can adjust their plans. We’re looking forward to welcoming you all back in November for a fantastic day of golf and $1,000 worth of prizes! 🏆
