Got some time over the weekend to look after yourself? Bring up the heart rate with this little workout. ๐
5 Rounds as fast as possible:
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Rows (no weight at home? No worries, you could use a water bottle, a bag of flour, the vacuum cleaner)
30 sec high knees
10 Good Mornings
20 Lunges (total)
