And so today revealed a hidden treasure at the Caldwell golf course close to the Bowfield hotel and spa where we are staying.
So beautiful.
Back on the plane ✈️ from Glasgow to Sydney tomorrow.
Magnificent time to with my mate and new friends.

Hi All

Another cold 🥶 week of running 🏃‍♂️ has passed. Hopefully all the marathons will be back in August starting with Canberra.

Running is on tomorrow morning at 7 am from Memorial church parking lot at 7 am.
Hope to see you all there.

Last weekend saw us run a virtual one to celebrate the Comrades marathon and raise money for all the South African charities. I enjoyed a 45 km and Cath enjoyed her 21 km.

Hi All

Ready for a windy 🌬 run 🏃‍♂️ tomorrow. 7 am from Memorial. Trevor will lead.

I will be running 🏃‍♂️ from Merewether at 7 am tomorrow. Doing a 2:30 min run. If anyone would like to join me, please let me know.

Great to have Cath back running 🏃‍♀️ today after her injury. We did a 7 km run at Warnersbay.

Hi All

According to distancing protocol, running 🏃‍♂️ will still be on at 7 am tomorrow at Memorial Church parking lot. Running in 2s with 1.5 m distancing is advised.

I would have been running 🏃‍♂️ the Canberra 50 km this weekend with Cath. This has been cancelled and Cath is recovering from her surgery.
I will be running a 52 km from Merewether surf club at 5 am tomorrow. If anyone would like to run part of the way with me, it would be appreciated. Just call me and I will meet you. I will have my phone on me.

Crazy times we live in.
Running 🏃‍♂️ is on from Memorial church ⛪️ parking lot at 7 am tomorrow.
Please remember to keep your social distancing.

Mark and I will be doing a 26 km trail run at Fingal Bay tomorrow at 6:30 am.

Cath is going in for surgery to her hamstring on Monday. We wish her all the best and send all our love to her on her journey to recovery. If I know Cath, she’ll be back 😀.

Hi All

Looks like everybody had a good run 🏃‍♂️ this morning. The Greek marathon looms ahead on the Calender.

Cath, Mark and I are off to Orange for the marathon next week.

Running 🏃‍♂️ will still be on as usual at 6:30 am from Memorial Church parking lot.
