21 years in the fitness industry and it still makes my heart so happy 🥹 It just feels like home 💕
Today I finished my in-house Reformer teacher training with .capps Something I had been wanting to do for a very long time but injury, finances and business/family commitments meant I needed to wait until the time was right. The past 4 days have been amazing, the course was excellent, and the teacher and fellow students were so lovely.
30 more hours and I am up and running. Cannot wait to be back teaching Pilates and for the first time- teaching reformer to all you beautiful folk 🌸

Some of my insanely gorgeous regulars & I at my yin yoga 🧘‍♀️
If you’ve never tried yin here’s a few tips/answers to questions I am frequently asked:
- There is no strength work in yin
- You do not need to be flexible (that is part of what we work on)
- You do not, and in fact are recommended not to warm up before class (in the traditional fitness sense)
- When postures are held for extended periods, we gain benefits similar to remedial massage
- We do not pray or worship anyone in yin
- Yin is a combination of Chinese & Yogic practices dating back thousands of years
- Both men & women attend these classes regularly
- You do NOT need to be “good” at meditation. It’s called a practice- and we are all there to practice. Some days are easier than others, but overall, winding down will become easier with practice
And finally…
- Yin WILL compliment any other fitness or mental health regime you are currently engaged it, and anectodal and scientific evidence supports this
So, if you’ve never tried a class, come and join me and our gorgeous WG yogis in the group fitness room. Bring a blanket/throw, slap on your comfy warm clothes and don’t forget your socks. This class is like no other 🙏🌸
